The purpose of the Marion County Code Enforcement is to enforce all of the ordinances of Marion County. The Marion County Code Enforcement Office also participates in the State of South Carolina's Zero Tolerance for Littering Campaign. This office will address all complaints made in a timely and lawful manner.
